So, my life has changed quite a bit since my last post! There was the continuing pandemic, I completed my Masters, I met my partner, I graduated, I had a son, I got engaged…
It has been a busy few years, which meant that I haven’t had a lot of time for illustration beyond what I’ve been doing for my day job (Which, admittedly, has involved a lot more illustration since January. Yay!). But that has changed in recent months.
I downloaded the Sketch A Day app, which gives a one word prompt and has an amazing community of artists commenting, contributing, and liking. It’s kind of like an ongoing Inktober. So far I’ve completed a 48 day streak and completed 50 sketches in that time!
It’s been so good to get back to drawing for fun and I’m hoping to keep it running as long as I can.
